Available position - Business Development Manager (BDM) Lighting and SMART products
Responsibilities – The successful applicant is expected to build relationships with our distributors, by providing prompt and efficient support to their businesses. Promote the SAL product range in a professional manner that clearly communicates the relevant features and opportunities for each product. Effectively contribute toward the future direction of SAL by diligent research and interpretation of market demands and conditions. The successful candidate will thrive in a competitive environment, whilst remaining a team player. Will need to demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative coupled with the skills to effective plan the best customer coverage incorporating flexibility to deal with the demands of this fast past environment. Must have a strong work ethic, friendly personality and possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Experience in selling either into the electrical wholesale industry or knowledge of lighting products would be an advantage. Location - The territory is primarily Sydney metro with some country travel.
