Application

The SAL Inrush current limiter is a 2-wire electrical accessory, that is designed to reduce the high starting current caused by capacitive load or inductive load (typically but not limited to LED luminaires with in-built drivers, constant voltage drivers, transformers etc), so as to protect the switching device in the circuit (typically a switch, a relay, a sensor with relay, etc) from being damaged by the excessive inrush current.
